30-Day Return Window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item and the reason for the return.
Return Eligibility
Contact us within the return window and identify the item and its condition. Keep the item, its included pieces and the original packaging where possible. We review the request and send instructions for the item and the issue described. If there is visible damage, photograph the wrapping and the affected part of the rug. Keep the original wrap if it can be reused for a return.
How to Request a Return
Email customer support with your order number, the item and option you received, your reason and any details about the condition. Include photos when they help explain the issue.
Return Process
- Submit your return request within the 30-day window.
- Follow the instructions we send for the approved return. Use the return address and label or shipping instructions supplied for your request.
- Pack the item and its included parts securely and keep the tracking record until we confirm receipt.
Return Shipping Costs
Free Return Shipping on Eligible Returns. We cover the return postage for eligible returns and provide a prepaid label or seller-paid shipping instructions.
Refund Method and Timing
We review the item after receiving it and email you the outcome. Once approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears on your statement. The process begins when your return reaches us and is reviewed. Check the refund confirmation for the amount and follow up with customer support if you need a status update.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact customer support with your order number, a description of the issue and photos if available. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue and send instructions. We cover return shipping when an eligible damaged or incorrect item needs to be sent back.
