30-day return window

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include the order number, the item and the reason for the request.

Eligible return shipping

Free Return Shipping on Eligible Returns. For returns that meet our return policy conditions, we cover the return shipping cost. Customers do not need to pay return shipping fees for eligible returns.

Return conditions

Keep the item, included parts and packaging where possible. Explain any damage or order issue when contacting support. We will review the request and send the applicable return instructions.

Return authorization

Wait for the instructions before mailing the item. Use the address and shipping label provided for the approved return.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and reviewed, we will confirm the refund decision and issue any approved refund to the original payment method.
